Conditions
This is a brief summary of our terms. The contract specifies these more precisely, and for new customers, we provide guidance on what the terms mean in practice.
Payment is made in advance - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Webverdi owns the code and design.
Upon cancellation, the customer can purchase the rights to the design and logo for £1000 and £500, respectively. Startup fee is deducted from the total price.
The customer is the legal owner of the domain.
Updates and changes are included in the monthly price.
Domain registration and renewal are included in the price.
Privacy and data security in accordance with GDPR.
All technical operation and maintenance are handled by Webverdi.
Email Service: We offer email services for normal, business-related use. To ensure the best service for all our customers, some limitations apply. We go through these carefully with new clients to ensure the service meets their needs.
